MARLIN 1894 MODEL
The Model 1894 originally featured a number of design improvements over the older Model 1889 that included a one-piece trigger and two-piece firing pin to prevent misfires. The Guide Gun series was designed to maintain a good grip in virtually all weather conditions, making it an excellent outdoor gun for hunting, pest control or predator defense. The rifle features a traditional laminate stock and forearm with high quality checkering for a comfortable textured grip. The stock includes a soft rubber buttpad to help effectively absorb recoil during firing and is paired with a set of adjustable semi-buckhorn sights to allow for quick target acquisition. The 1894 Guide Gun features a tapped and drilled receiver for quick and easy scope mounting.
This model is chambered in .357 Magnum and features a black laminate stock color and a matte blued receiver finish. The magazine tube has a 9-round capacity for .357 Magnum or a 10-round capacity for .38 Special ammunition.
